Breakfast Burrito

INGREDIENTS:

1 Farrah wrap
Eggs – protein portion
Seasoning – 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, salt & pepper to taste
Salsa
Cheese Optional – extra fat portion


Recipe: Spray non-stick pan with cooking spray and place over medium heat.Whisk eggs together with seasonings until air bubbles start to form. Place eggs in the pan and stir slowly bringing the mixture from the outside to the centre. Continue until your desired consistency is reached, I like them silky and still slightly runny (they’ll continue to cook after you’ve removed them from the heat). Heat a wrap in the microwave for 20sec, place the eggs in the center of the wrap, along with the salsa and top with cheese if your calories allow.

Fold and wrap in tinfoil ready for you to take with you on the go!
