What is the lifestyle premium plan?

The new Lifestyle Premium subscription involves working 1:1 with your qualified nutritionist who will be able to assist you with your current nutritional goals and requirements. You will check-in via your app fortnightly where your nutritionist will make the necessary adjustments to ensure you are continuously progressing. Cardio and step targets will be included alongside a structured training program if required.

In July 2022 I saw a post about the great results @iamtarryndonaldson had using JCN. I was not feeling great about myself so I decided to sign up to the Lifestyle Plan. My goal was to lose 10kg and have a healthy sustainable lifestyle. I was so pleased to see my first meal plan. It was food I like, a huge variety, adaptable, CARBS!!, TREATS!! all included. At first I was worried because I was eating way more than usual but I trusted the process. I was already walking 30mins 3x a week so I kept doing that and as I lost weight I wanted to move more. In January 2023 I reached my goal. 6 mths. 10kgs gone! I couldn’t believe I’d done it. And it didn’t seem that hard. I look & feel better now than I did in my 20s. I feel like I can keep this new life going as well. That’s the biggest thing – sticking to what works. And I will. I’m 51 and a bit lazy so if I can do it, anyone can 🙂Thanks so much to the JCN team who offered knowledge, support and great tips in a friendly, non-judgmental way. My next goal is getting some body shape in the gym and I’m well on my way.

The lifestyle premium plan is suited to any individual looking to make sustainable changes to their current lifestyle choices in a sustainable timeframe. The lifestyle plan is best suited to those with goals such as, General health and wellness, Weight loss, Muscle building, Vegan and vegetarian restrictions, Food Intolerances and allergies, Injuries or medical conditions, Pregnancy, Post-partum, Fertility and hormonal protocols

If you are a client looking to compete in a bodybuilding show, prep for a photoshoot, compete in a sporting event, or have goal with a specific time frame required for results, our performance or VIP plan will be more suitable for your goals.

You will be assigned to one of JCN’s qualified nutritionists based on your pre-assessment form.

Once we have reviewed your form the team will assign you to the most suitable nutritionist based on your goals, preferences, and any medical conditions.

Yes, Lifestyle Premium includes structured training programs based on your goals. Eg., Build your glutes/lower body, gain muscle overall, lose body fat and tone up. These have all been created by Jake Campus who is also a qualified strength and conditioning coach and sports and exercise scientist.

You will receive your designated steps and cardiovascular exercise if this is required for your goals.

Please note that exercise rehabilitation is not included in this service.

Yes, our team is experienced in working with pregnant women as well as post-partum clients.

All JCN nutritionists are university qualified and have the most recent industry knowledge when providing information to antenatal and postnatal clients. We take pride in knowing we can provide you with the best possible nutritional protocols to ensure you and your baby are strong and healthy.

 

Yes, we can.
