You understand that the team at Jake Campus Nutrition are not medical physicians, they consult and recommend nutrition services only. If you have any future queries or concerns regarding your meal plans or health you will inform the team at Jake Campus Nutrition immediately. For medical advice you know to seek your doctor for further assessment and share these results with your nutritionist.

JCN CHALLENGE Terms and Conditions

Nutrition applications will not proceed onto the program unless these have been accepted.

UPFRONT PAYMENTS: By paying for your challenge in full you agree and commit to the challenge and the service it is providing. The challenge sale is final and refunds will not be processed if the service is not being used.

PAYING OFF OVER 8 PAYMENTS: By accepting this you are understanding and agree to the full payment commitment of your challenge and choose to pay off the balance over 8 weeks by a weekly subscription.

You are required to pay the full challenge balance after committing to the challenge.Failure to pay for the programs minimum term will result in debt collection agency recovery which will include additional fees and legal action.

• Prices are shown in AUD
• Weekly payments begin from the date you sign up
• No refunds or cancellations for any reason including medical. All sales are final. 
• Current JCN clients on lifestyle plans will need to email challenge@jcn.co.nz to have their current membership paused during the challenge term. The paused lifestyle plan will resume after the 8 week challenge and you will continue paying out the original term.
• App access is only for the duration of the challenge. App access will deactivate once challenge is completed.  
• Training plans cannot be customized to injuries that require ongoing treatment. This will need the client to get outside treatment for ongoing or severe injuries.

All sales are final. Refunds will not be processed if the service is not being used or for any reason at all.

Photoshoot & Online Prep Terms and Conditions

Nutrition applications will not proceed onto the program unless these have been accepted.

PAYMENTS: By purchasing this program you understanding and agree to the full payment commitment of your program and choose to pay off the balance over 12 weeks by a weekly subscription, you will be required to make 1 initial weekly payment to secure your place on the program, the remaining 11 payments will commence from the start of the program on the 8th of July. The payments are final and refunds will not be processed if the service is not being used.

You are required to pay the full program balance after committing to the photoshoot or online prep. Failure to pay will result in debt collection agency recovery which will include additional fees and legal action.

JCN Online Terms and Conditions

Nutrition applications will not proceed onto the program unless these have been accepted.

By accepting these terms and conditions you understand that you are committing to a 12-week minimum term at the price stated on the selected Jake Campus nutrition plan. This means that you are committed to paying a minimum of 12 weekly instalments that will be deducted from your nominated bank account. Please note that this is not a 12-week program, it is a minimum 12-week term, meaning your subscription payment plan will continue after your 12th instalment. If you wish to cancel after your minimum term is completed, you will be required to complete a cancellation request form HERE, this can take up to 7 business days to action or be responded to. 

Regardless of if you decide to participate or not after signing up, you are legally liable to make all 12 weekly payments before having your account closed. 
All sales are final. No refunds including medical related issues or pregnancy will be processed if the service is not being used or if you would like to cancel before your 12-week term date. This is a strict refund policy and there will be no negotiations.
Failure to pay for the program’s minimum term will result in a debt collection agency recovery which will include additional fees and legal action.

All JCN online programs are for ages 18+ by ticking the below you consent to being over 18 years over age. If you are seeking nutritional advice and you are under the age of 18 you must contact our customer service team to discuss any options, we may have available to assist.

Jake Campus Nutrition team are not Medical Physicians, they consult and recommend nutrition services only. JCN Terms and Conditions

By accepting this you understand that this is a roll-over program and commit to 16-weeks of the program in which 16 payments will be billed. Regardless of if you participate or choose not to continue you are legally liable to make the 16 payments.  All sales are final. Refunds will not be processed if the service is not being used. No refunds OR cancelations, No exceptions including medical.

One-off Meal Plan Terms And Conditions

No Refunds, No Exceptions Including Medical. 

All JCN online programs are for ages 18+by ticking below you consent you are 18 or over. If you seek nutritional advice and you are under the age of 18 you must contact our customer support team to discuss out options.

New Zealand & Australia orders 

All physical products are only available for New Zealand & Australia residents.

Once a JCN purchase is made through our online store your items will be shipped within 5 business days – should the product be out of stock the customer has the option for a refund or to wait for product to be restocked.

Once order is dispatched it is the customers responsibility to track their order. Non- deliveries are to be followed up with the courier company.

Faulty items will be fully refunded but are requested to be returned.

E-books available for global purchase

Once a E-book purchase has been made a button will be available to download your copy. If this step is missed you will be able to download your book via your receipt. This link will be available 90 days from purchasing.

EXISTING CLIENTS: 

• If you have signed up to a JCN membership within the last 7 days and decide to join the challenge you are able to directly transfer over to the new sale pricing for the remainder of your subscription term.
• If you have signed up to a JCN subscriptions in the last 6 weeks, you are able to take advantage of the current sale offer under the following terms – The clients minimum 12 week term restarts from the first payment on the new sale subscription rate. The client will maintain this rate for the remainder of their time with JCN if they choose to continue their contract after their new subscription end date.
• If you have been on a JCN subscription for over 6 weeks, you are able to change your current rate under the following terms – You must sign on for an additional 12 weeks from the current date. Your new price will be amended for your next due payment once signed on for the extended term. Once you have decided on which option you would like to proceed with, please contact our admin team. If you do not wish to use any above options, you will continue on your current subscription rate until the end of your current contract terms.

Online subscriptions are processes through our secure payment provider STRIPE

Our specialty is nutrition and service so to deliver safe debits we use a third party to process our subscription and store purchases. We co-ordinate with the team to ensure payments are on track. Please understand if you are querying a payment we may need to seek their expertise and we will respond when we can.

At Jake Campus Nutrition we aim to treat debt recovery as fair as possible. Upon signing up to a subscription service such as the online Lifestyle or Performance you are legally bound to fulfil the minimum term.

If you have a payment fail we do not add penalties or late fees but will contact you with some options to prevent future failed payments such as; updating a new debit card or debit day. IF payments continue to fail from here we will send another two formal reminders. We can set up internal payment plans without penalties HOWEVER if you fail to correspond with us we will not be able to work out a solution, from here your debt will be passed onto Marshall Freemans Debt collection. Once your debt has been transferred to Marshall Freemans Debt collection we are unable to offer any payment resolutions in house. Marshall Freemans will charge penalties and failure to fulfil the requirements will end in legal action.

Its essential we have you subscribed to our mailing lists to communicate with us – if you are an active member please do not unsubscribe from these as it is a part of the service.

Upon cancelling you will be removed from the mail list for the paid services.
