  • Red Onion
  • Garlic
  • Kale or Spinach
  • Broccoli
  • 20ml trim milk
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
  • Eggs – as per the portion on your plan
  • Bread – as per the portion on your plan
  • Spray Oil


Heat the oven to 180°C. Using a rolling pin roll each slice of bread.

Using spray oil grease a muffin tin, line the tin with the thin-bread. Crack and whisk your eggs in a bowl, finely slice all your vegetables and mix into your eggs.

Divide the egg mixture between bread cases, season with salt and pepper and bake until set.
