- 1x block of Lindt dark chocolate (choose one that has a cacao percentage greater than 70%)
- ½ pack of Ceres Organics coconut smiles (35g)
- 30g Goji berries
- ¼ pack of pumpkin seeds (25g)
Line a baking tray with non-stick paper. Melt the chocolate and pour it onto the non-stick paper. Spread the chocolate using a spoon so that it forms a thin layer (round ½ a cm thick.) Sprinkle with the toppings. Place into the freezer for 40 minutes or until the chocolate is set. It can also be stored in the freezer.
