Overnight Oatmeal


  • Oatmeal – as per the portion on your plan
  • 1/2 t cinnamon 
  • 10g chia seeds 
  • Protein powder – as per the portion on your plan 
  • 1 T of sugar free maple syrup 
  • Water as needed 



Mix all  ingredients in a container and cover with water. Chill in the fridge overnight. Add more water if needed to get a more porridge like consistency. Serve hot or cold.

Makes one portion. The recipe is great made in bulk and kept in the fridge! Simply multiple the recipe by the number of serves you wish to make.
