INGREDIENTS
- Lamb mince – as per the portion on your plan
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- ½ medium onion, diced
- ½t salt
- ¼t pepper
- 1T each chopped fresh coriander and mint leaves
- 1 ½t each ground paprika, cumin, & coriander
- ¼t cayenne pepper
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together and form into koftas. Grill in a hot pan until cooked through. Serve with a sauce from your sauce guide (Tzatziki is great) and salad with rice or wrap up in a wrap.
