INGREDIENTS

  • Lamb mince – as per the portion on your plan
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • ½ medium onion, diced
  • ½t salt
  • ¼t pepper
  • 1T each chopped fresh coriander and mint leaves
  • 1 ½t each ground paprika, cumin, & coriander  
  • ¼t cayenne pepper  

METHOD

Mix all ingredients together and form into koftas. Grill in a hot pan until cooked through. Serve with a sauce from your sauce guide (Tzatziki is great) and salad with rice or wrap up in a wrap.
