Carrot Cake Oatmeal

An Easter spin on a good traditional oatmeal!

  • 30 grams of oats – unless your on your meal plan states otherwise 
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon  
  • 40g grated carrot
  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk
  • Unsweetened yoghurt  
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup ( Queen is a great brand ) 
  • Chopped walnuts

Add carrot, cinnamon, milk, salt and water into a saucepan and cook on allow heat on stove top until oats and carrot cooked down. Top with yoghurt, maple syrup and walnuts.
