An Easter spin on a good traditional oatmeal!
- 30 grams of oats – unless your on your meal plan states otherwise
- Pinch of salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 40g grated carrot
- 100ml unsweetened almond milk
- Unsweetened yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup ( Queen is a great brand )
- Chopped walnuts
Add carrot, cinnamon, milk, salt and water into a saucepan and cook on allow heat on stove top until oats and carrot cooked down. Top with yoghurt, maple syrup and walnuts.
