Adana Kebabs


  • Lamb mince, as per your protein portion 
  • 1 t sumac
  • 1 t chili
  • 1 T parsley, finely chopped 
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 14g oil
  • Pita bread, as per your carbohydrate portion 
  • 4 gherkins – or try the JCN pickled onions
  • 40g Anchor plain protein plus yoghurt
  • Salad, use your favourite vegetables! 


Combine mince, sumac, chili, parsley, and garlic. Shape into sausage shapes and thread onto a skewer. Cook on the BBQ with oil.

Serve on a pita bread with yoghurt, pickles, and your favourite salad ingredients.
