- Lamb mince, as per your protein portion
- 1 t sumac
- 1 t chili
- 1 T parsley, finely chopped
- 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 14g oil
- Pita bread, as per your carbohydrate portion
- 4 gherkins – or try the JCN pickled onions
- 40g Anchor plain protein plus yoghurt
- Salad, use your favourite vegetables!
Combine mince, sumac, chili, parsley, and garlic. Shape into sausage shapes and thread onto a skewer. Cook on the BBQ with oil.
Serve on a pita bread with yoghurt, pickles, and your favourite salad ingredients.
