Margarita Pizza

INGREDIENTS

Pizza base sauce: 

  • 400g tin of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 bulk of garlic, finely diced
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh basil, roughly chopped

 

  • Find a pizza base that is under 1500kJ per base or a wrap
  • 125g fresh mozzarella
  • 1 tomato 
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 10mL olive oil

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine tomatoes, garlic and herbs to create a pizza base sauce. 

Add the sauce to your pizza base or wrap, and top with torn chunks of fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are browned. Remove from the oven and add fresh basil leaves.
