INGREDIENTS:
- Wrap – Farrah’s or Gluten Free Gerrys – As per the portion on your plan
- Salad – Lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber
- Protein – As per the portion on your plan. ANY will work with this dish! Use spiced mince, chicken, beef, tofu, beans – whatever floats ya taco boat!
METHOD:
Place wrap on a upside down oven proof bowl – this is your bowls mould. Cook at 180°C in oven until brown.
Once your bowl has formed fill with your salad and top with your cooked protein.
Top with a JCN approved sauce – we recommend a salsa
