

This challenge we are bringing you the option to choose your goal! You will have the ability to choose between either the STRONG or SCULPT challenge.
The BUILD challenge has been designed for those who want to increase their strength and build muscle while maintaining their current body fat levels.
The SCULPT challenge has been designed for those looking to loose body fat, create definition and build lean muscle.
No matter what your current fitness level is, or knowledge around health and fitness, this challenge will provide you with everything and MORE to be successful throughout your journey.

Your nutriton will be individualised based on your selected challenge goal and either a macro or meal plan approach.
SCULPT clients will enter into a calorie deficit however, protein intake will be set higher to assist in muscle gain & retention.
STRONG client will be put into a calorie surplus but aiming to minimise body fat increases while getting stronger and building muscle.
If you’re an experienced macro tracker we will provide you with customised macro targets that you can track within the app. You will have access to example meal plans, balanced meal guides and recipe e-books for you to utilise.
All meal plan clients will receive a 2-3 meal swap options per prescribed meal including a creative recipe to keep your nutrition as exciting as possible during your fat loss journey.
We provide all clients with a complete list of JCN approved ingredients and food swaps that you will find on your plan, so you can create even more recipes and meal options to suit.


Whether you are a beginner or a returning JCN challenger, our brand new STRONG & SCULPT workouts are going to challenge what you thought was hard work….
These sessions will include weight training with a hypertrophy focus to ensure you are progressing each week with your strength. You will have the option to choose between gym OR home workouts, as well as being prescribed additional cardio and step targets as required by your nutritionist to ensure you achieve optimal fat loss where required throughout your challenge.
Our programs give you the ability to train at your desired intensity and progress at the rate you choose. We will prescribe you 4 workouts for the week, this allows for optimal recovery time to ensure you get the most out of each session.
For those of you unable to train from a gym and wanting to choose an at home training approach, we have created a structure training program using minimal equipment to improve your overall fitness levels whilst achieving a fat loss result (Only SCULPT clients will have the ability to choose home workouts).
Your training programs will be accessible within your JCN app where you can log and track your progress for each session and see an extensive video exercise library to demonstrate any movements you aren’t sure how to perform.
HOME WORKOUT CLIENTS:
Please note if you would like to workout from home, you must select the SCULPT challenge. There will be no STRONG home workout options.

I loved how much knowledge and education was shared amongst us all, the amount of files in our vault and webinars was awesome and I definitely learnt a lot from this all which will help me further down the track also.

Challenge VS. Lifestyle approach?
It’s important to note that this is a challenge and not an everyday lifestyle approach. We will be pushing hard over the first 6 weeks to get you optimal results before reversing you back out of your deficit. Although we give you a vast range of meal options and ingredients to utilise, we cannot guarantee that certain food items you want included will be prescribed.
This challenge is designed to not only give you incredible results, but to ensure that you leave these 8 weeks with new nutrition and training knowledge, and the right skills to be able to continue succeeding within your health and fitness journey.
Please note this is a challenge and is designed to get you a more rapid loss of body fat in the first 6 weeks so the deficit will be more aggressive than if you were to not have time restrictions (being the 8 weeks). Meals and ingredients are selected to ensure we get the best results possible during this time. If you are wanting a more flexible approach to your nutrition we would suggest you select a lifestyle plan.
The lifestyle PREMIUM plan is the closest service we offer to the challenge that will allow you more flexibility as mentioned above.
