Ingredients:
- Toast – as per the portion on your plan
- Tofu – as per the portion on your plan
- 10g olive oil
- 20g nutritional yeast
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt (to taste)
- 30ml of non-dairy milk (unflavoured)
Method:
Crumble tofu with your hands or a potato masher. Heat oil in pan, add tofu. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3-4 minutes until the water from the tofu is mostly gone. Add the nutritional yeast, salt, turmeric, and garlic powder. Cook and continue to stir for about 5 minutes. Pour the non-dairy milk into the pan, stir to mix. Serve on toast with any veggies.
