INGREDIENTS
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3cm ginger
- 1 red chilli, diced with seeds
- 2T soy sauce
- 2T Jok ‘n’ Al Pepper Chilli sauce
- Sesame oil – as per the fat portion from your plan
METHOD
Cook garlic, ginger and chilli in a pan. Add protein and cook through. In a bowl mix the last three ingredients together and pour over the protein. Continue to cook until it bubbles then serve.
