INGREDIENTS
- Chicken (as per 4 times the RAW protein portion on your plan)
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 2T fresh thyme
- 2T fresh rosemary
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely diced
- 1 bay leaf
- 2L reduced salt chicken stock
- Spaghetti pasta (as per 4 times the RAW carb portion on your plan)
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Add everything except the spaghetti pasta/noodles to the slow cooker and set to low for 6-8 hours.
Once cooked, take chicken out and shred with 2 forks. Remove any large sprigs of rosemary, thyme, and the bay leaf. Put the chicken back in and add your noodles. Continue to cook until noodles are al dente.
