Slow cooker Chicken Noodle Soup

  • Chicken (as per 4 times the RAW protein portion on your plan)
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 2T fresh thyme
  • 2T fresh rosemary
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely diced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2L reduced salt chicken stock
  • Spaghetti pasta (as per 4 times the RAW carb portion on your plan)
  • Salt and pepper to taste



Add everything except the spaghetti pasta/noodles to the slow cooker and set to low for 6-8 hours.

Once cooked, take chicken out and shred with 2 forks. Remove any large sprigs of rosemary, thyme, and the bay leaf. Put the chicken back in and add your noodles. Continue to cook until noodles are al dente.
