INGREDIENTS:

  • Eggs – as per the portion on your plan
  • Bread – as per the portion on your plan
  • Mushrooms / spinach / tomato – any choice of vegetables
  • Avocado or cheese – as per portion on plan 
  • Seasoning; A sprinkle of; Onion salt, salt, pepper, paprika.

 METHOD:

In a bowl mix together eggs and your seasoning. Soak the bread in the egg mixture for 3 – 4 minutes on each side or until soaked through. Heat a good non-stick pan with 5g coconut oil or olive oil (if meal plan allows) or lightly spray with cooking spray and cook until golden.

In a seperate pan coo your vegetables. We enjoy grilled tomato, mushrooms and spinach.

Serve French toast with your grilled vegetables and fresh avocado or cheese!
