INGREDIENTS:
- 125g drained chickpeas
- Spray olive oil
- Salt
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
METHOD:
Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Pat dry drained chickpeas with a paper towel and add to a bowl. Spray olive oil for 2 seconds and add seasonings. Mix to make sure they’re all coated. Spread out on a baking tray and bake for 45mins or until golden brown. They will become crunchy once they’ve cooled down.
Makes one serve.
