INGREDIENTS
- 30g oats
- 30g protein powder
- 100g tinned peaches
- 10g peanut butter
METHOD
Add oats to a microwave safe bowl. Top with enough boiling water to just cover the oats, top with a plate and rest for 2-3 minutes. Add 50mls more water, and cook on high for 1 – 3 minutes.
Remove and stir in protein powder. Top with peaches and peanut butter.
Serves 1.
