- Banana – as per the portion on your plan
- 1 egg
- 15g protein powder
- Unsweetened almond milk (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 50g berries
- Sugar-free maple syrup
- Spray olive oil
Blend the first four ingredients together to achieve a cake batter consistency. If you need to loosen the consistency, slowly add almond milk.
Lightly spray a non-stick frying pan with oil. Over a low heat cook your pancakes and when your mixture starts to bubble flip the pancake for 1 minute.
Serve with berries and maple syrup.
