Peanut butter protein balls


  • 180g of oats, blended into a flour
  • 60g protein powder
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 250g softened peanut butter – melt in
    the microwave for 30-40 seconds
  • Sugar-free maple syrup – to taste



Add all ingredients into a processor and blend until combined. Divide into 10 portions and roll into balls. Refrigerate for at least an hour before eating and store in the fridge or freezer.

Serves 10.

Average 200kcal badge.

Tip – As a JCN client you can use one ball to replace a 200kcal snack during the day.
