Thin ‘n’ Crispy Pizza

INGREDIENTS:

  • CARBS – Farrahs Wrap
  • PROTEIN – Grilled Chicken or Beef
  • VEGETABLES – Red onion + Capsicum + Mushrooms + Olives ( Any vegetables will do the trick ) Sliced thinly.
  • Cheese ( if you are allowed ) 
  • A low fat sauce for your base

DIRECTIONS: Pre-heat oven to 200deg on fan bake. Thinly slice your protein > season > and grill until cooked. Take your wrap for your base and spread your sauce of choice onto the base and layer with your vegetable and protein toppings. Place in oven for 5 minutes > pull out when crispy.

Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • The allocated amount of oats
  • 150g liquid egg whites
  • 1  1/2 serves of MusclePharm whey protein
  • ½ t baking powder
  • 2 t stevia
  • 2 t vanilla essence
  • 100g light Watties peaches or 50g berries (per serve)
  • Walden Farms calorie free pancake syrup

DIRECTIONS

1. Blend oats until they resemble a fine powder.
2. Add egg whites, baking powder, stevia and vanilla essence and blend into a smooth batter.
3. Cook in a non-stick frying pan for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden.
4. Top with Watties light peaches or berries, and a splash of Walden Farms calorie free pancake syrup.

Meat Ball Gnocchi 

INGREDIENTS:

  • CARBS – Divella Gnocchi (same macros/calories as cooked weight rice so adjust accordingly)
  • PROTEIN – Premium Beef Mince
  • VEGETABLES – Handful of fresh basil + 1/2 onion finely chopped + Handful fresh parsley finely chopped + garlic50g Delmaine Pomodoro pasta sauce
  • Mozzarella ( if you are allowed ) 
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS: Pre-heat oven to 200deg on fan bake. Bring a pot of water to boil and add in gnocchi, once they have all risen to the surface they’re cooked drain in a colander and rinse with cold water and set aside. In a large bowl mix together mince, onion, parsley, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Then roll into even 3-4 sized meatballs. Line an oven proof dish with baking paper, spray lightly with cooking spray and place meatballs in the tray 2-3cm apart. Place in the oven and cook for 10-15mins. While meatballs are cooking in a small pot add the Pomodoro sauce and bring to a simmer. Once simmering finely slice and mix through. Keep warm until meatballs are cooked. Once meatballs are cooked take out of the oven and pour over half of the Pomodoro sauce.
-Stir remaining sauce through the gnocchi and add to a plate. Grate over mozzarella top with meatballs and residual sauce.
