We know apps aren’t for everyone, so we’ve created a new simplified meal plan that will be delivered straight to your inbox where you can view or print out your new plan.

2. COMPLETE YOUR PRE-ASSESSMENT FORM

Once your payment is complete, you will receive a link to fill out your pre-assessment form. This will be sent directly to your nutritionist to begin creating your customised meal plan based off your preferences and dietary requirements.

3. RECEIVE YOUR MEAL PLAN

You will receive your customised meal plan and notes from your nutritionist within 3 business days to the email address you used to purchase your plan.

  • Pregnancy, fertility or postpartum clients. Being a crucial and in some cases complex time for the female body, we need to ensure that you are working closely with a nutritionist who can observe your bodies response to protocols and amend your program as needed whilst your body adapts.   • Not suitable for clients with pre or existing eating disorders. 

 

All customised meal plans are created by a JCN qualified nutritionist. All nutritionists are selected and trained by Jake Campus to ensure the standard and quality of service our clients receive is up to company standard . We do not use any automation systems with any of our services. You will always be working with a real nutritionist who will create individualised protocols to help you achieve the best possible results.

No, there is no contact with our nutritionist when you purchase a one-off plan. You will complete your initial pre-assessment form and give your nutritionist all necessary information required to create a one off plan based on your current goals. If you have questions about understanding something on your plan, you will be able to contact us via email. If you require an update to your plan, this will require you to purchase a new plan or join Lifestyle PREMIUM where you will receive fortnightly check-ins with your nutritionist.

This will vary for individuals based on compliance and metabolic adaptation. We suggest clients that have consistently stuck to their plan for 4-6 weeks to take note when they begin to notice weight loss/gain slowing down, this may be where it is time to have your plan updated.

In short, no. Although we offer flexibility and creativity within our meal plans, we firmly believe in creating consistency and setting out guidelines that are achievable and maintainable for all. Having a different recipe for every single meal and every day of the week leaves clients overwhelmed and more likely to stray off plan. 

ALTHOUGH, we do offer a minimum of 2 SET MEALS per prescribed meal, as well as a variety of additional ingredient swaps per meal which means our clients can create over 10 different meal variations per prescribed meal. This is enough for some creativity in the kitchen as well as allows us to create a controlled environment for your goals. 

  • After you purchase the one-off nutrition from the website, you will receive a link to your email that you used to make your purchase. This link will open your pre-assessment form the you will be required to fill out as soon as possible. 
  • Once you fill out your initial questionnaire form, this will be sent directly to your nutritionist to begin creating your customised meal plan based off your preferences and dietary requirements.
  • You will then receive your meal plan from your nutritionist within 3 business days to the email address you used to purchase your plan.
  • After 4-6 weeks, assess if your progress is slowing down or has plateaued. If this is the case, this is when you would purchase your next one off plan or move onto our lifestyle PREMIUM program to work with a nutritionist towards your next goals. 
  • All clients that purchase a one-off plan will be given a unique code at week 4  to repurchase a one-off plan at 50% off or move onto a subscription to assist with progressing towards your goals.
