My top 4 Uber eats🍴

Nando’s is one of my favourite places to eat out – luckily here in Hamilton we have two restaurants so Nanado’s is on UBER! 

If you are on a plan or being mindful of your eating here is my recommendations:

For the ladies I recommend a wholemeal chicken and salad pita OR chicken tenders and salad OR tenders salad and rice.

For the lads a chicken thigh OR tenders served with rice and salad.

 

Coming into summer there is nothing like a nice light meal to end the day – of course that doesn’t always mean we want to cook it! Pita Pit’s salad bar is epic – you can choose light leafy greens or level up by adding salads to the grill such as onion, caps, mushroom and spinach and have a hot wrap!

If you are on a plan or being mindful of your eating here is my recommendations:

For the ladies, a small wholemeal pita with chicken or steak + AS MUCH SALAD as can possible fit and a low fat sauce – for added fats you can choose cheese or avocado. If you are going wrap less choose a small salad and double your meat.

For the lads, a large wholemeal pita with double meat with chicken or steak + AS MUCH SALAD as can possible fit and a low fat sauce – for added fats you can choose cheese or avocado. If you are going wrap less choose a large salad with all the same trimmings.

Subways are everywhere! And luckily for most of us here in NZ they are probably on your local UBER EATS! Subways are great for being consistent and fast – even online the turnaround is usually around 30minutes.

If you are on a plan or being mindful of your eating here is my recommendations:

For the ladies: A 6 inch sub on your choice of bread with steak or roast chicken – teriyaki is also fine but dont add extra sauce its saucy enough! If you roll with the steak or roast chicken add a low fat sauce and for all options add a good portion of salad. For additional fats choose a cheese or avocado.

For the lads: A Footlong sub on your choice of bread with steak or roast chicken – teriyaki is also fine but don’t add extra sauce its saucy enough! If you roll with the steak or roast chicken add a low fat sauce and for all options add a good portion of salad. For additional fats choose a cheese or avocado.

 

Other options 

Everywhere is different – here in Hamilton we have a couple of kebabs shops on UBER which can be ordered from. If you are being mindful of your eating  my recommendation is to chose a iskender rice meal and if you are on a plan reapportioning your rice to suit your meal plan. I recommend leaving sauce out and sticking to the hummus.
