Lime Chilli Fish


  • 2T Jok ‘n’ Al pepper chilli sauce
  • 1t garlic powder
  • Juice and rind of a lime
  • ¼C fresh chopped coriander
  • Fresh Fish – as per the portion on your plan

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Mix together chilli sauce, garlic powder, and lime. Place fish in foil, drizzle over sauce and top with chopped coriander. Wrap to form parcels. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.
