- 25g Sauce for your base – try one of the JCN Approved Sauces
- Sliced mushrooms
- Spinach
- Chopped onions
- Capsicum
- Chicken, Tofu, Beef, or Seafood – as per the protein portion from your plan
- Cheese – as per the fat portion from your plan
METHOD:
Top your pizzas with your base sauce and all your toppings – bake in oven at 180 degrees for 15minutes until golden
