JCN Caesar


  • 1 egg
  • Half protein portion: chicken or prawns
  • Ice burg or cos lettuce
  • Bread allocation
  • Parmesan cheese – if allocated on plan

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1tsp Greek unsweetened yoghurt
  • 1tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt and Pepper


Start with cooking your protein choices. Boil your egg for 3 minutes then set aside in chilled water. Cook your chicken or prawns until hot. Toast your bread then cut into small cubes. Layer your bowl with your lettuce then top with your peeled egg, protein and croutons. Dress with your lite dressing .
