JCN Caesar Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 egg – half protein portion as per plan
  • Chicken or prawns – half protein portion as per plan
  • Ice burg or cos lettuce
  • Bread – as per portion on plan
  • Parmesan cheese – as per portion on plan if allocated

DRESSING INGREDIENTS:

  • 1tsp Greek unsweetened yoghurt
  • 1tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt and Pepper

METHOD:

Start with cooking your protein choices. Boil your egg for 3 minutes then set aside in chilled water. Cook your chicken or prawns until hot. Toast your bread then cut into small cubes. Layer your bowl with your lettuce then top with your peeled egg, protein, and croutons. Dress with your lite dressing.
