WHAT VEGETABLES CAN I EAT ON MY PLAN?

Below we have a range of popular vegetables.

Essentially any vegetable will work into your plan if they fit into the criteria below. Fill half your plate up with fibrous salads or vegetable dishes to keep you full.

Vegetables are an especially important part of any health journey. If you get bored easily or are fussy with vegetables, find a range of vegetables you enjoy and get creative with your cooking methods. If you are pushed for time frozen vegetables are great and require minimal preparation.
