JCN Approved Banana Pops

JCN Approved Banana Pops! 

Swap for a snack that is around 200 calories on your plan for a sweet treat!

 INGREDIENTS:

3 medium bananas cut in half
90g dark chocolate
60g nuts/seeds/shredded coconut (also great with peanut butter)

 METHOD:

Chop bananas in half and stick with half a paddle pop stick. Temper dark chocolate until nice and thin. Coat banana pops and add topping and allow to set in the freezer for 4 hours.

Recipe makes 6 Banana pops!

1 serve = 1 banana pop (one banana half)
Averaging around 200 calories each
