JCN Muffins


  • 1x muffin split – this will replace two slices of sandwich bread
  • Eggs/ Ham – as per your portion on your plan or recommendation 
  • Cheese – if you have added dietary fat on your plan then you can include 15g cheese
  • 1T of tomato sauce 


Heat, and then lightly spray a non-stick pan. Cook your egg (have it your way – fried or scrambled are both delicious!)

Lightly toast your muffin, and assemble with your ham, cheese and sauce.

Finish with egg – top with a lid and your ready to eat.
