- 120g oats (80g blended into a flour and 40g kept in oat form)
- 40g shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 6 Tablespoons of Queen sugar free maple
Combine all ingredients and spoon onto a bake tray into cookie form ( Tablespoon will make a good size cookie ). Set oven to 180 degrees fan bake for 15minutes.Makes 10 cookies.
