INGREDIENTS:
- 120g oats (80g blended into a flour and 40g kept in oat form)
- 40g shredded coconut
- 1t baking soda
- 1t nutmeg
- 1t cinnamon
- 2T coconut oil
- 6T of Queen sugar free maple
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients and spoon onto a bake tray into cookie form (a tablespoon will make a good size cookie). Set oven to 180 degrees fan bake for 15minutes. Makes 10 cookies.
Averages at 100 calories per cookie!
