HOW DO I KNOW IF A SAUCE IS JCN APPROVED?
Look at the nutritional information, go to the “per 100g OR 100ml” column on the right of the food label
This must be UNDER 420 kJ/ 100 calories: If your condiments sit over this number just be aware that these little things add up quickly and can compromise a weight loss goal.
