How to track performance MACROS

UPDATE US WEEKLY WITH YOUR MARCOS FOR THE WEEK ALONG WITH YOUR UPDATE FORM.

Step 1 HOW TO GET TRACKING STARTED

To begin, you will need to make sure that your macronutrients and calorie intake match your recommended intake.

If you have an Android phone head to the hamburger menu in the top left of the screen, or for Apple users the “more” tab at the bottom right and then select “Goals.” From there, choose “Nutrition Goals – Calorie, Carbs, Protein and Fat Goals” and set your calories to match the recommendations on your plan.

We then need to set our protein intake. If you have the premium version, you will be able to enter your protein intake in grams. If however you have the unpaid version, you will need to choose a percentage that is as close to your recommendation for grams of protein as possible. 

You are now good to start tracking!

 

Step 2 – UPDATING DATA INTO OUR TRACKER

Every week as part of your JCN journey you are required to complete an update form. In this you will need to include a screenshot of your average weekly calories and also your average weekly macros. There is a tab where you can upload this.

Download template below and enter your data. If you are downloading by phone the template file can be saved to google drive or cloud. Entries can be uploaded when updating by xls file, pdf or screenshot for us to review.

This is what you will upload into update forms every two weeks.

Step 3 ADDITIONAL INFO MAYBE REQUIRED TO ASSIST YOUR UPDATE

There may come a time where your nutritionist asks you to send in a food diary. This maybe requested as a standard food diary or photos of your meals.
