Below is a variety of workout programmes to help you get to your goals slightly faster. These plans are yours for the taking you can do whatever one you feel works best for you or your nutritionist may task you with specific plans towards your goals.

ARMED FORCES | POLICE TESTING


By popular demand a programme designed by me ( Jake ) to give you the functional fitness and strength required to pass these entry-level tests OR challenge your fitness.

This programme is tailored to Armed Forces and Police however if anyone is up for the challenge we welcome you on board! Your nutritionist might even task you to it first!

The key here is stick to the guidelines advised in the plan to help you get to where you want to be!

BACK TO THE GYM PROGRAM!


2 adaptable programs for beginners AND intermediate > advanced If your body has had time out of the gym, joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles are conditioned to the loads you are used to placing upon them. Its very easy to get excited and go back into the weights room or jump on your favorite cardio machine or class and go full steam ahead.

BUT take it easy, spend the first 2 weeks at about 70% of normal loading and volume in the weights room, leave some in the tank for cardio and classes and let your body build back up to that level to prevent an injury.
