Home-made Hummus

 INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 20g tahini
  • 20g olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • Handful of parsley (finely chopped)
  • Lemon and zest of 1 lemon

 METHOD:

Add to a food processor and blitz until thick and creamy
