Home-made Hummus

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 20g tahini
  • 20g olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • parsley (finely chopped)
  • lemon + zest 

Recipe: Add to a food processor and blitz until thick and creamy
