Frozen Yoghurt Pops

Here’s four recipes that are sure to be a hit with the whole family – Chocolate Banana, Berry, Tropical, and Pineapple & Ginger! 

All are gluten free and have the option to be made dairy free. You can buy ice block moulds at most kitchen stores and the odd two dollar shop, alternatively you can use plastic cups. 

Each recipes serves one and is around 200 calories. On that hot Summer’s day where you feel like something refreshing replace one of your snack options with an ice block.

 

Banana & Cacao

1 medium banana
5g cacao
150-200g Anchor protein plus plain yoghurt OR 50g coconut yoghurt

Berry Bliss

125g berries
200g Anchor protein plus plain yoghurt OR 50g coconut yoghurt

Tropical

100g peaches OR mango
80g pineapple
200g Anchor protein plus plain yoghurt OR 50g coconut yoghurt

Kiwi, Pineapple & Ginger

1 kiwi
100g pineapple
½ tsp grated ginger
200g Anchor protein plus plain yoghurt OR 50g coconut yoghurt

 

If you want to change the consistency you can add water, and if you are after something a little sweeter then add sugar free maple or fruit syrup. 

Blend all ingredients to a thick consistency. Fill molds and freeze overnight.
