SALAD INGREDIENTS:
- Shredded cabbage (Purple and/or White)
- Grated carrot
- Spring onion
- Coriander
- Capsicum sliced
- 20g peanuts – as per half the fat portion from your plan
DRESSING INGREDIENTS:
- 1tsp Sesame oil – as per half the fat portion from your plan
- Lime
- Chili
- Ginger
- 2Tbsp Soy Sauce
METHOD:
Combine all your salad ingredients into a bowl and dress with your dressing
