Fresh Pad Thai Salad

 SALAD INGREDIENTS:

  • Shredded cabbage (Purple and/or White)
  • Grated carrot
  • Spring onion
  • Coriander
  • Capsicum sliced
  • 20g peanuts – as per half the fat portion from your plan

 DRESSING INGREDIENTS:

  • 1tsp Sesame oil – as per half the fat portion from your plan
  • Lime ⁠
  • Chili ⁠
  • Ginger ⁠
  • 2Tbsp Soy Sauce

 METHOD:

Combine all your salad ingredients into a bowl and dress with your dressing
