French Toast is a Kiwi brunch favourite. We’ve come up with our own twist on the classic, still just as delicious but lower on the calories.

 INGREDIENTS:

  • Eggs – as per the portion on your plan
  • Bread – as per the portion on your plan
  • 50g Berries
  • Sugar-free Maple Syrup
  • Cinnamon

 METHOD:

In a bowl mix together eggs and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Soak the bread in the egg mixture for 3 – 4 minutes on each side or until soaked through. Heat a good non-stick pan with 5g coconut oil or olive oil (if meal plan allows) or lightly spray with cooking spray and cook until golden. Top with the berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
