French Toast

French Toast is a Kiwi brunch favourite. We’ve come up with our own twist on the classic, still just as delicious but lower on the calories.

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Slices of Bread
  • 50g Berries
  • Sugar-free Maple Syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • 5g Coconut Oil

In a bowl mix together eggs and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Soak the bread in the egg mixture for 3 – 4 minutes each side or until soaked through. Heat a good non-stick on with coconut oil and cook until golden. Top with your choice of fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup.
