Fish patties


  • Mashed potato – carb portion
  • 1 small can of tuna
  • 1 egg
  • 1Tbsp plain flour
  • Spring onion
  • Coriander
  • Lemon
  • Spray oil


Combine mashed potato, strained tuna, egg, chopped spring onion and flour. Stir and form patties with your hands. Spray oil onto BBQ or hot pan and cook until brown. Serve with fresh coriander and lemon wedge.
