Chicken & Prosciutto Pizza

INGREDIENTS:

  • wrap
  • 50g prosciutto
  • chicken, use half of your protein portion 
  • 2T tomato paste
  • capsicum, diced
  • cherry tomatoes, halved
  • fresh rocket leaves
  • 15g parmesan
  • salt & pepper

METHOD:

Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place wrap on a baking tray. Spread with tomato paste. Top with chicken, prosciutto, tomatoes, and capsicum.

Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are brown.

Top with rocket and cheese.
