A TASTE OF OUR LATEST RECIPE BOOK “RESULTS IN THE KITCHEN”
INGREDIENTS:
- wrap
- 50g prosciutto
- chicken, use half of your protein portion
- 2T tomato paste
- capsicum, diced
- cherry tomatoes, halved
- fresh rocket leaves
- 15g parmesan
- salt & pepper
METHOD:
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place wrap on a baking tray. Spread with tomato paste. Top with chicken, prosciutto, tomatoes, and capsicum.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are brown.
Top with rocket and cheese.
