Cajun Chicken Burger

  • Burger bun (can also use a wholemeal pita pocket! As per 2 times the carb portion on your plan)
  • Leafy greens- cos, rocket, iceberg, baby spinach, etc.
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely diced
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • 1T chutney (aim for one around 420kJ per 100g)


Cajun Chicken patty:

  • Chicken mince (as per two times the RAW protein portion on your plan)
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • Cajun spice mix- 1tsp of each black pepper, onion powder, cayenne powder, oregano, garlic powder. 3 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 2 tsp salt



Mix all patty ingredients together and form into patties. Either fry in a non-stick pan until cooked through or bake in the oven.
