All bloodwork analysis clients will work directly with Jake Campus. This is the only other service other than the VIP program that allows clients to work directly with Jake.

Yes, you will be required to pay the cost of your blood test with your chosen provider in addition to this service fee. Jake can assist with arranging and recommending you to a bloodwork provider.

Whether male or female your hormones are the back bone of your physique. If your hormones aren’t optimal or worse, you have an undiagnosed or untreated medical condition, then your results will only be as good as your current hormone levels allow. 

 

Estrogen and testosterone in men and women play the most vital role in fat loss and muscle gain, along with your thyroid hormones which can greatly reduce your ability to lose fat or put on fat rapidly. By ensuring we have these in the optimal range will prevent lack of results in fat loss or gaining a large portion of fat over muscle in a muscle gain phase. These hormones will affect your recovery and training performance as well which overall will make training and life more enjoyable!



As above with the added value of not just looking to be healthy but to use food, supplements and training to optimise your hormones so you gain muscle faster, lose fat faster and perform BETTER. Jake can create a detailed supplementation protocol along with food optimisation to ensure the athlete is not just “good” but at their absolute best. 

With athletes, because their training intensity is higher than your average and often they need to lose a lot of body fat or be at a leaner body fat percentage for sport, we see a higher impact on hormones and dysfunction in both males and females. 

Females typically present more with menstrual cycle changes and disruption which is a huge red flag to their goals as an athlete. 

With males we see a decreased testosterone output if the athlete is under fed and over trained which will lead to less muscle mass and a severely reduced training and in sport competitive performance.
