Do you have a smoothie option on your plan? Chances are you have all the staples to get creative to make one all you need is:

 INGREDIENTS:

  • Berries
  • Banana – as per the portion on your plan
  • Protein powder or unsweetened yoghurt – as per the portion on your plan
  • Water or unsweetened nut milk

 METHOD:

Pop all ingredients into a blender until smooth.
