INGREDIENTS
- 75g oats
- 15g protein powder
- 1 large banana
- 20g natural peanut butter (can also replace ½ of the peanut butter with dark chocolate)
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
- Sprinkle of salt
METHOD
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Mix everything together and leave to sit for 10 minutes. Divide mixture into 8 small cookies and bake for 15 minutes until slightly brown and firm.
