Banana & Oat Bites

 INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g oats
  • 1 large banana (1-1/2 medium sized)
  • 20g natural peanut butter (can also replace ½ of the peanut butter with dark chocolate)
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Sprinkle of salt

 METHOD:

Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees. Mix everything together and leave to sit for 10 minutes. Divide mixture into 8 small cookies and bake for 15 minutes until slightly brown and firm.

Two cookies can replace a snack around 200 calories.
