This rollover online package is designed for competitive Athletes to bring the best possible physique without crash dieting or excessive cardio.

It includes a customised nutrition plan with variety, supplement guidelines, a peak week plan, training recommendations, fortnightly up-dates and online support.

*PLEASE COMPLETE FORM ON THE DAY YOU WISH TO BE BILLED AS THESE PAYMENTS WILL START FROM TODAY AND FUTURE PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN ON THE SAME DAY EACH WEEK.  ALLOW 20 MINUTES TO COMPLETE YOUR INITIAL ASSESSMENT. WE REQUIRE INITIAL PHOTOS TO BE ADDED INTO FORM ( PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS ARE IN FAQS). ONCE COMPLETED YOUR PRE-ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRE YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR INITIAL CUSTOM DIET WITH IN 5 WORKING DAYS

Preparation Questions?

When do I get my first plan?

Your plan will be tailored to you – we need upto 5 business days to prepare an initial plan.  As soon as you sign up you will receive an exclusive login to our JCN website where you can access tips and tricks for your journey.

Once your meal plan is ready it will be emailed through to you. Please check all inbox folders as this maybe directed to spam depending on how your inbox is set up

When do I update?

Both plans require you to update weekly – you will work out this day once you start. You will NOT be reminded – as this should become a weekly routine. So please make sure you are utilizing the service.

Does my plan include my training?

Athlete: Intemediate training plans are available on request – these are affective plans but are not customised.

Elite: You are issued with a customised training plan that will be updated every 4 weeks.

Does this include peak week?

Athletes: If you are competeing on a Athlete plan you will be prepped for your peak week in your latest update.

Elite: You will have access to daily checkins or communication with Jake 

How long is my plan?

Athletes & Elite plans are on a 16 week minimum term. BOTH plans are rollover plans so you can continue to use the program. If you are competing with body building it is HIGHLY recommended you reverse diet after your show to keep the body and mind healthy.

Can I cancel?

Once you have completed you minimum term you can cancel down with 7days notice. Please do not sign up if you cannot commit to the minimum term.
