It includes a customised nutrition plan with variety, supplement guidelines, a peak week plan, training recommendations, fortnightly up-dates and online support.

Elite Preparation Package

$125 per week 

Nutrition: Hi my name’s Jake Campus and I’m one of New Zealand’s top nutritionists, a WBFF PRO and the co-founder of WBFF NZ. I’ve also competed in some of the top body building competitions in the world including the prestigious Mr. Olympia. I’ve helped many everyday people reach their goals from countless regional wins and over a hundred top 5 National finishes to scaling the heights of the top of the body building world with four top 2 IFBB PRO finishes, multiple PRO card winners, two IFBB Olympians, two top 2 Nabba Universe finishes and most recently the newly crowned Mr & Mrs Australasian WBFF PRO Champions.

Training & Posing:  “I have over 11 years experience in the fitness industry and together with Jake has been prepping athletes for years. She specialises in the Female Training programs and posing. Training, competing and coaching over the years has given me the experience to create customised training plans for your classes and undestand how to work with your body. Once we get that package of yours ready we then have to work on presenting and showing it off on stage.”

For contest prep phase 16-20 weeks out from show; off-seasons athletes can use lifestyle plans and check in fortnightly. For serious athletes only, this is an elite program with very limited spaces available.

Athlete & Elite Questions?

When do I get my first plan?

Your plan will be tailored to you – we need upto 5 business days to prepare an initial plan.  As soon as you sign up you will receive an exclusive login to our JCN website where you can access tips and tricks for your journey.

Once your meal plan is ready it will be emailed through to you. Please check all inbox folders as this maybe directed to spam depending on how your inbox is set up

When do I update?

Both plans require you to update weekly – you will work out this day once you start. You will NOT be reminded – as this should become a weekly routine. So please make sure you are utilizing the service.

Does my plan include my training?

Athlete: Intemediate training plans are available on request – these are affective plans but are not customised.

Elite: You are issued with a customised training plan that will be updated every 4 weeks.

Does this include peak week?

Athletes: If you are competeing on a Athlete plan you will be prepped for your peak week in your latest update.

Elite: You will have access to daily checkins or communication with Jake 

How long is my plan?

Athletes & Elite plans are on a 16 week minimum term. BOTH plans are rollover plans so you can continue to use the program. If you are competing with body building it is HIGHLY recommended you reverse diet after your show to keep the body and mind healthy.

Can I cancel?

Once you have completed you minimum term you can cancel down with 7days notice. Please do not sign up if you cannot commit to the minimum term.
