INGREDIENTS:
- Oats – as per the portion on your plan
- 40g grated apple
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk
- Unsweetened yoghurt – as per the portion on your plan
- Juice from 1/2 a squeezed lemon
- Chopped almonds – as per the portion on your plan
METHOD:
Mix all of the ingredients together and place into a jar. Leave to set in the fridge overnight.
These are great made in bulk for busy mornings.
