INGREDIENTS:

  • Oats – as per the portion on your plan
  • 40g grated apple
  • 150ml unsweetened almond milk
  • Unsweetened yoghurt – as per the portion on your plan
  • Juice from 1/2 a squeezed lemon
  • Chopped almonds – as per the portion on your plan

METHOD:

Mix all of the ingredients together and place into a jar. Leave to set in the fridge overnight.

These are great made in bulk for busy mornings.
