Anzac Granola

INGREDIENTS:

  • 120g oats (80g blended into a flour and 40g kept in oat form)
  • 40g shredded coconut
  • 1t nutmeg
  • 1t cinnamon
  • 2T coconut oil
  • 6T of Queen sugar free maple

METHOD:

Combine all ingredients and spoon onto a bake tray evenly spread.

Set oven to 180 degrees fan bake for 15minutes, mix up the granola mix and bake for a further 5 minutes until the mix is is toasted.

Makes 10 serves at 100 calories per serve.
