Greek Orzo Salad

INGREDIENTS 

  • Orzo (Risoni) pasta, use your cooked rice portion 
  • 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 30g Kalamata olives
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 15g feta cheese, diced 
  • Lemon and herb dressing

 

METHOD 

Combine cooked pasta with chopped ingredients, stir through the lemon and herb dressing. Serve with your favourite protein!
