INGREDIENTS
- Orzo (Risoni) pasta, use your cooked rice portion
- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 30g Kalamata olives
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 15g feta cheese, diced
- Lemon and herb dressing
METHOD
Combine cooked pasta with chopped ingredients, stir through the lemon and herb dressing. Serve with your favourite protein!
